All the wood used in the manufacture of Birdies Villas is PEFC certified, guaranteeing :

Only products from PEFC-certified forests and a controlled production chain can bear this label. By purchasing a Birdies Villa, you are supporting the responsible management of forest resources and playing an active part in protecting our environment.
Inclusive production in partnership with disabled workers
Birdies Villa works for people with disabilities.
We are working with ESAT ‘Le Parmelan’, a specialised establishment that helps people with disabilities find rewarding work in industrial subcontracting.
As part of this partnership, the ESAT’s workers assemble the individual parts into modules, making it easier to complete the final assembly of the giant nesting boxes. It’s a social commitment that’s close to our hearts, and one that gives even greater meaning to our creations.
A clean installation that has no impact on your land and is totally reversible
Your Birdies Villa is installed by us when the weather is fine, to guarantee optimum conditions.
✅ Advice on orientation and location
We’ll help you choose the best position for your Birdies Villa, to optimise its attractiveness to birds.
✅ Fixing without concrete or heavy ballast
No concrete foundations or ballast blocks are used. We prefer a lightweight, movable installation to keep your Birdies Villa straight as an ‘i’ :
The hotel’s mast is erected on a powder-coated steel base, which in turn is secured to a ground anchoring system at a depth that can vary from 75 to 120cm.
The Birdies Villa is then lifted and installed using a portable mini-crane.

It’s important to let the Birdies Villa settle into its surroundings and not to disturb the birds as soon as they start to build their nests.
A unique innovation: the first multi-species nesting box with multiple nesting sites
The Birdies Villa is the first nesting box to allow several nestings in a single season, offering birds an optimal reception area, whatever their species.
🔸 17 individual rooms of varying sizes, all separated by 4cm of wood, adapted to different species, with specific entrances.
🔸 360° access, allowing total flexibility of installation.
🔸 An exceptional occupancy rate: in 90% of cases, we have observed several successive nestings within the same Birdies Villa. Some welcome up to 4 families of birds a year!
Even our exhibition model, set up in full sun in front of our workshop on the edge of one of France’s most important national roads, welcomes two nestings every year.
An unrivalled lifespan, a nesting box that can be repackaged at will
Our nesting boxes are designed to last for years without human intervention. Thanks to their robust design and the rot-proof materials used, the Birdies Villa remains a safe and reliable habitat for the birds in your garden.
🔹 Some owners appreciate its natural ageing, while others prefer it to keep its shine. That’s why each nest box can be sanded, oiled, stained or varnished as many times as desired. The roofs, meanwhile, can be removed and repainted or replaced as often as you like.
🔹 All the rooms in Birdies Villa can be accessed through the roofs or through hatches for thorough cleaning with a water jet and sponge.
🔹 This small maintenance can be carried out by its owner between September and November but we can offer you a maintenance from the 5th anniversary of your Birdies Villa.
During our maintenance, we carry out a complete cleaning and sanding of the structure and post before filling any cracks with wood putty. A protective finish is applied in 3 coats and the roofs are overhauled or replaced.
As this work is spread over a week, we are obliged to bring the hotels back to our workshop. We therefore offer to install the same Birdies Villa reconditioned by our workshop at the same time as we come to collect yours, which in turn will be installed in a garden after its facelift.
