Our Vision
Reconciling wildlife with our contemporary spaces,
by proving that design, boldness and ecology can coexist and function together.
Birdies Villa is not merely a birdhouse. It is the expression of a conviction: wildlife must not be relegated to the margins of our cities, countryside or built environments, but integrated as a natural, visible and desirable component of our daily lives.
A simple idea, which became self-evident
Driven by a deep attachment to wildlife, the Birdies Villa project was born from a simple idea: to create a habitat for birds where none existed.
From an initial handcrafted experiment, a completely unprecedented object emerged: a collective habitat designed like a hotel, with independent chambers adapted to different species. A strong visual concept that few believed in, yet which, over time, has proven its relevance, durability and effectiveness in the field.
Despite doubts, constraints and skeptical opinions, the project was built through observation, experience and evidence. Birds appropriated these habitats, demonstrating their ability to adapt and coexist in an environment designed precisely for their needs, including in contexts considered unfavorable.
In order to objectify these observations, the functioning of the Birdies Villa — notably the effective occupation of the chambers and the coexistence of species — was the subject of an official report drawn up by a bailiff, after several seasons of installation.

Today, Birdies Villas are installed in private homes, hotels, real estate development projects, natural reserves and for public authorities, in France and abroad.
A Clear Mission
Design durable and aesthetic habitats for birds, conceived as true architectural elements.
Transform ordinary places into refuges for biodiversity through functional, durable and iconic habitats designed for the long term.
An Object That Carries Values
Birdies Villa does not respond to a human utilitarian need.
And that is precisely what makes it unique.
Cultural, architectural and symbolic objects are not meant only to be useful:
they express values, reflect an era and shape the way we inhabit the world.
Birdies Villa makes a commitment to wildlife visible, by restoring a concrete place for birds within landscapes where space has gradually been taken away from them.
A Structural Movement in Urban Development
Across Europe, the integration of wildlife habitats into development projects is progressing. Practices are evolving, standards are emerging, and certain legislations are beginning to require the integration of nesting devices in new constructions.
What Birdies Villa has defended since its beginnings is not a trend, but a sustainable direction.
Our Ambition
We do not build objects.
We build infrastructure for wildlife.
Our ambition:
to deploy 500 Birdies Villas in France by 2035, and to make each installation a visible signal of respectful coexistence between humans and the rest of the living world.
